For those with some prior experience, this open level ballet class offers an inclusive, pressure-free environment with a contemporary approach, where dancers of differing levels can participate and move together. This class will incorporate a warm-up, barre work, and centre exercises and is an opportunity for you to engage your ballet technique, develop your strength and flexibility and enjoy moving through the space.
